• Membership is a 3 month agreement paid on a monthly basis. After 3 months, the membership continues on a month to month plan that can be cancelled by the member at any time. If you decide before 30 days into your year contract that you wish to cancel the Wash Club card, there is no penalty. After 1 year of continuous use, there are no penalties
• Membership is for registered vehicle only
• To cancel your membership write to us at Mr. Magic Car Wash, 427 Mt. Lebanon Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15234. E-mail us at info@mrmagiccarwash.com or fax us at 412-343-7160
• Taxis, limos, and livery vehicles are prohibited
• Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through the tunnel
• Mr. Magic Car Wash Wash Club Card must be presented at time of wash
• Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit card each month. Each month thereafter, until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or Mr. Magic Car Wash, the monthly payment will be billed on the day corresponding to the commencement date
• Wash Club Card customers must contact Mr. Magic Car Wash in writing to give notification when any contract or billing information changes such as: address, e-mail or credit card information. • In the event Mr. Magic Car Wash is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due to card expiration or change in information, the customer’s program will be deactivated immediately. Mr. Magic Car Wash will make every effort to notify you immediately should an issue arise
• Mr. Magic Car Wash may alter monthly rates with at least 30 days in advance notice
• This program cannot be combined with any other program or discounts
• Mr. Magic Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time.
• No refund or credits will be given for partial periods
• Mr. Magic Car Wash reserves the right to be closed due to inclement weather, major holidays, or equipment maintenance, without giving notice
• Mr. Magic Wash Club Card remains exclusive property of Mr. Magic Car Wash and must be surrendered upon request. In the event that the Wash Club Card is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and condition, the program will be voided and all monies will be forfeited
• Membership is transferable to a newly purchased vehicle upon written notice to Mr. Magic Car Wash, 427 Mt. Lebanon Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15234
• Allow 1-2 business days to receive the Wash Club Card by mail
